Chef Grecia Ramos is a professionally trained pastry chef, entrepreneur, and hospitality leader whose work has helped shape two of South Texas's most celebrated culinary destinations.
As co-owner of both 2M Smokehouse and Baked by Chef Grecia Ramos, she brings together classical pastry training, thoughtful creativity, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America with a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, Grecia combines refined technique with the warmth and traditions of her South Texas upbringing.
Together with her husband, Pitmaster Esaul Ramos, Grecia has helped build Casa Ramos Hospitality Group into a family of hospitality brands recognized for authenticity, quality, and genuine service. Their collaborative approach extends beyond the kitchen, shaping every aspect of the guest experience across both restaurants.
